Abstract
My proposed doctoral research aims to analyze the influence of social network use on couple interaction dynamics, including phubbing, lovebombing, ghosting, and the structuring of couple projects, among young Cubans. My interest in the subject is due to the fact that in recent years, society has witnessed the development of a triple technological information revolution, generating a change in all spheres of life and transforming the social conditions in which subjectivity is produced. Current couple dynamics have been transformed because digital socialization spaces restructure individual and social dynamics. Currently, different phenomena have emerged, influencing the relationships of young couples, such as lovebombing, ghosting, and phubbing. These dynamics are identified as unhealthy ways of establishing relationships, impacting young people's self-esteem and perception of self-efficacy in establishing relationships- ideal couple or ideal romantic bond and relationship satisfaction, which produces new structures in couples' projects.
